commenced its resin plant with Japanese technology in 1997. Since then, our production has grown substantially and we now have a capacity of 40,000 metric tons per annum of Unsaturated Polyester Resins (UPR) and other associated products.

Luxchem Polymer Industries Sdn Bhd produces Malaysia's most comprehensive portfolio of UPR under the brand name POLYMAL. These resins which contribute to the enhancement of every day lives, are used in a variety of consumer and industrial applications in electrical, housing, aircraft, sports, industrial equipment, construction, vessel, railcar, plywood and automobile industries.

Our UPR manufactured under the brand name POLYMAL, is widely accepted by our local & overseas customers. Our export markets have grown significantly since we started exporting in year 1998. Today, we export to many countries including Australia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Japan, Myanmar, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and the Middle East.

We have our own Research & Development team, always looking into ways to improve our products to remain competitive both in pricing and quality. Luxchem acquired the Unsaturated Polyester Resins (Reversol P) business from Revertex (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd with effect from 15 October 2018
